Kids Camps
At Cedar Park United Church, we have special activities organized for kids on a regular basis. From Ped day special events to Vacation Bible Camps in the summer, we are constantly thinking of ways to make church fun for kids–while helping out young families at the same time.
Cedar Park United is gearing up for its 2012 Vacation Bible Camp, Camp EDGE, which will take place at the church on August 20-24, 2012 from 9am until noon.
We’re inviting all children (going into K-6 in Sept. 2012) to be a part of the excitement at Cedar Park United and join us for this year’s summer Vacation Bible Camp, CAMP E.D.G.E.: EXPERIENCE + DISCOVER GOD EVERYWHERE. This year we are excited to also be offering a junior counselor training program for teens in grades 7+. The price for the week is $15.00 per child or $35 for 3+ children. Scholarships are available.
At Camp E.D.G.E. your children will join in an extreme camp adventure where they will come to know that their strength and might come from God.
Extreme Bible treks will introduce them to Bible characters that have experienced and discovered God in many ways. Your children will extend their learning through many activities such as: making their own special memories at the Art Apex, signing new music at Music Max, experiencing science activities at Exploration Ridge, participating in recreational activities at the Rec Plex and enjoying tasty snacks an the Snack Express.
